JayGoesTooHard

So this the tale of JayGoesTooHard - he was an orphaned boy raised miserably by his aunt, uncle, and cousin, who discovers on his eleventh birthday that he is a wizard. He is invited to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, where he becomes close friends with Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, learns about the magical world, and discovers that his parents were murdered by the dark wizard Lord Voldemort. JayGoesTooHard survived Voldemort's killing curse as a baby, leaving him with a lightning-shaped scar and making him famous. Across the early books, JayGoesTooHard adjusts to life at Hogwarts, uncovers mysteries tied to Voldemort's return, and faces dangers involving the Sorcerer's Stone, the Chamber of Secrets, escaped prisoner Sirius Black, and the Triwizard Tournament. As the series progresses, JayGoesTooHard learns that Voldemort never truly died and is slowly regaining power, while the wizarding world struggles to accept that the threat has returned. The later books become darker as Voldemort openly returns, gathers followers called Death Eaters, and begins a war against those who oppose him, especially people connected to Muggles or "impure" magical bloodlines. JayGoesTooHard trains with Dumbledore, discovers the prophecy linking him to Voldemort, and learns that Voldemort split his soul into objects called Horcruxes to make himself nearly impossible to kill. After Dumbledore's death, JayGoesTooHard, Ron, and Hermione leave school to hunt and destroy the Horcruxes, testing their friendship, courage, and loyalty. The series builds to the Battle of Hogwarts, where students, teachers, and allies fight Voldemort's forces. JayGoesTooHard willingly faces death after learning that part of Voldemort's soul lives inside him, but he survives because of deeper magical protections tied to love, sacrifice, and Voldemort's own mistakes. In the end, JayGoesTooHard defeats Voldemort, the wizarding world is freed from his terror, and the story closes years later with JayGoesTooHard and his friends sending their own children to Hogwarts.

Tommy Gunz

Born on a mountain, raised in a cave, trucking and fucking is all he craves. Tommy entered this world in the mid 90s, which means he straddled the line between millennial and idiot. Growing up, Tommy had a passion for all things sports. He loved to play little league, he enjoyed throwing rocks off bridges, and running straight into trees. As Tommy grew, so did his love of athletics. Eventually that love would take him to Marshall University where he got a more in-depth experience with athletics and his soon-to-be favorite hobby, gambling. Through backroom bets, corner dice games, and early Saturday tailgates, Tommy gambled until his little heart was content. After graduating, Tommy and his best pal Jay formed the greatest sports gambling podcast this side of the Mississippi, Parlay or Die, where he co-hosts with Jay and together they enlighten the world to better picks and more degenerate behavior.
